Do you mean that I should couple the surface reaction phyics to the transport of diluted species physics?
I have read in one of the Comsol tutorials that the surface reacion module is suitble for the considtions where the flow stream is prependicular to the reacting surface, is that correct? In my reactor, the flow stream is parallel to the reacting surface and as you mentioned the reaction on the surface is one of the boundary conditions.
It aslo ask fo the surface properties sucha s site density on the surface which I do not know. Are defult value good to be used?
